Nordisk Film – Transporting Production Equipment in Protected Natural Areas

For a recent film shoot in Dyrehaven, a large forest park north of Copenhagen, Nordisk Film faced a logistical challenge: how to move heavy film gear and production equipment deep into an area closed to cars and vans.

Their solution? Two Laplandar electric cargo bikes.

With their high load capacity, stable ride on gravel paths, and zero-emission drive, Laplandar bikes enabled the crew to transport cameras, sound gear and generators — all without disturbing the surroundings or violating traffic restrictions.

Whether navigating winding forest trails or tight production schedules, Laplandar helped Nordisk Film stay mobile, efficient and compliant with local access rules.

“We couldn’t have moved our gear into Dyrehaven without Laplandar. The bikes carried everything we needed — fast, silent and without any of the hassle that comes with vans or trailers.”
